Clemson did the impossible this past Saturday. They finally beat Florida State. This wasn't supposed to be the year to do it. Nobody, and I mean NOBODY thought they had a chance and they pulled it off. I am hopeful this will quiet the people that want Tommy Bowden run out of town on a rail. It takes time to create a dynasty. Learn patience, my friends.
The Carolina Panthers continue to impress. I think they are finally starting to get the respect they deserve this year. They are 7-2 and one win away from sweeping their division. They are effectively 4 games ahead of their nearest rival in the division and tied for best record in the conference. They can go 4-3 for the rest of the year and still win the division and get to the playoffs. I'd say that is one impressive turnaround, no?
